Great living here, minus the dog poop

I would tell them it is a great location to all of what you need with all the amenities both inside and outside the "Flats". You are close proximity to anything you need. The management is friendly and professional. They are more than concerned about the well-being of their tenants. The people are friendly.

It's awesome... Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Quiet living. I feel very secure here. Coming here is like coming home.

Nearly everyone we meet is very friendly. The people who work here seem to care about doing a good job. There is nowhere else in Belmar I'd want to rent at.

Easy living with great amenties from modern gym pool and coffee. There is wide variety in terms demographics which provides a colorful set of people. Unfortunately you do occassionaly get the students who like to treat the place like a frat house. Staffs professionalism and hard work keep the kids in-line.

The modern amenities, everything is within walking distance, the pool area and fitness center. Don't want to forget the parking garage!!! The view of the mountains.
